How we handle your data.

The wedding AI audit is run by West Avenue. If you have any question about your data, write to audit@westavenueagency.com — that reaches a person, not a queue.

What we collect

• Your answers to the quiz. Everything you type or select, including the optional free-text boxes. This is what the report is built from.
• Your email and first name — only if you ask us to send the PDF. The audit itself works without them.
• How the page was used: which questions were seen and answered, where people stop, how far the report is read, which buttons are clicked. Answer options are recorded as codes; free text never leaves the report itself.
• Basic technical context: country, device type, referring site, and the campaign link you arrived through. Your IP address is turned into a one-way hash and never stored in readable form.

What we don't do

• No advertising cookies, no ad-network pixels, no cross-site tracking.
• Nothing is stored on your device beyond the current browsing session — which is why you never saw a cookie banner here.
• We don't sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing.

Who else processes it

• Anthropic — writes the narrative parts of your report from your answers, through their API, which does not use this data to train models.
• Resend — delivers the report email, if you ask for it.
• West Avenue website — if you continue the conversation via wed.westavenueagency.com, that form is handled there.
• Railway — hosts the application and its database.
• Google Analytics — measures visits and basic usage on the audit site (page views). Processed by Google.
• PostHog (EU servers) — records anonymised sessions so we can see where the audit is confusing. Everything you type is masked out of those recordings.

How long we keep it

Your audit and its answers are kept while the report link is live, and for up to 24 months. Usage records are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. If you gave us your email, we keep it until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including your report link. Email audit@westavenueagency.com and we'll confirm when it's done. If you are in the EU or UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
